While Auckland is at Alert Level 4 we will be conducting all appointments via Telehealth (telephone or video conference)
All current appointments will remain in place.
While we cannot provide in person treatment during this time, and understand this will be frustrating to many, Telehealth does provide an effective alternative and our team are experienced at delivering consultations via this. We strongly encourage all patients to keep their appointments.
Telehealth also means we can work in conjunction with our partners and organise referrals to other doctors, scans (e.g. X-ray and MRI) when necessary, and pain relief.
There will be no surcharge for Telehealth appointments during this time.
